Deedee

We would be in a lot of trouble if we ever lost Lucas' stuffed doggie. This poor little pup goes with him everywhere and it is VERY loved. Lucas likes to feed his dog, change his diaper, sleep with him, and carries him everywhere. He even nurses him. :o) Since we don't have baby dolls in our house, or tons of role playing, it's fun to see this phase of make-believe with "Deedee."

Valentine's Day

I forgot that I had these gems on my camera from Valentine's Day. My mom, sister-in-law Kim, and her kiddos came up to Fort Collins for the morning/afternoon. The children played at Cool Beans Playhouse, then we ate lunch at Chick-fil-a (which was a mad house!) I think everyone was exhausted by mid-afternoon, but it was nice for them to drive up to spend time with us and for the 6 kids to play together.

Someday we will be able to get all 6 kids looking at the camera and smiling sweetly. ;o)

Noah is 5 Months

I'm not sure where the month went, but Noah is now 5 months old! Shortly after turning 4 months Noah began to roll over back to front and now he can roll front to back as well. He smiles with delight as if he is so proud of himself. :o) He also has become more fond of tummy time it seems and is scootching himself around a bit. He is really such a little sweetheart and is content most of the time. I love how cuddly he is and how he has begun to wrap his arm around the back of my shoulder while holding him, and nuzzles his head when sleepy. He is enjoying all his little toys, and will try to grasp everything that is in front of him. Noah also recently discovered his toes and they are usually in his mouth at every opportunity...sometimes when I greet him in the morning his footed jammies are soggy on the feet. :o) I have been trying to hold off on feeding him solids (as you can't really go back once you start,) but he has been watching us intently during meal times, opening his mouth, and following the food as it reaches our mouths. It may be time soon! Noah does not consistently sleep through the night so maybe starting some foods would help keep his belly full at night. Overall he is doing really well. Happy, content, and extra lovable!
